EXCELLENTVerified Great vacation We found Look Lanka Tours by chance through internet research. I asked them for a 10-day round trip proposal and send them the main things I wanted to see. Look Lanka tailored the perfect tour for us, including Anuradhapura, Polonnaruwa, Dambulla, Sigiriya, Nuwara Eliya, Ella, Galle, Yala and Minneriya national park. The program was densely packed and never boring. At the end of our journey, we spent a day at beautiful Bentota Beach. The trip was well organized from start to finish. All hotels were beautiful and carefully selected in good locations. We went on two jeep safaris and saw lots of wild animals like elephant, bear, leopard, monkey, eagle, bat and birds. Our special thanks go to Sandun, who looked after us excellently from the time we were picked up at the airport to the return flight. He is a very good driver who guided us safely through the crazy traffic in Sri Lanka. We always felt safe with him. Sandun was very nice, polite and friendly, always with a smile. He was always on time and had good knowledge of the visited areas. During the trip Sandun told a lot of interesting things about Sri Lanka and the daily life. We would highly recommend Look Lanka as a tour company and were very happy with the whole experience.Verified Super experience! We found Look Lanka Tours through a search on Instagram. From the beginning they were very regardfull, adjusting our tours and quickly gave us the information we asked for! Our tour was booked for 4 nights, 5 days, with hotels, car, driver and tours, which we adjusted every day!! We found Look Lanka and enquired about the availability and more details. Communication with their office was very easy to do, they were able to answer our questions and provide a detailed itinerary. They were able to adapt and amend this to our personal needs and wants. We paid a deposit and then the balance via a bank transfer. On arrival we were met at the airport terminal by our personal driver, Sandun. He was very nice, polite and friendly. He helped us with our bags and took us to his car, which was clean, tidy and comfortable. The transition between destinations was very smooth. Sandun ensured we were checked in and sorted before leaving us. The time for collection was always arranged for the next leg of the journey. The hotels that we were booked into were fantastic and we were given wonderful rooms. If food was provided it was fresh, lovely and plentiful. If it was not, the location of the hotels was close by to local restaurants for us to explore and chose something. Sandun was always on time and ready to greet us with a smile and to take our bags. He had good knowledge of the areas and able to navigate it quickly and safely. The range of activities and destinations booked for us was great. Sandun made the whole process very smooth and easy and got us to where we needed to be. He has good local knowledge to advise us when we needed. We were able to adjust the itinerary slightly depending on what we wanted to do, we wanted to spend some more time in the hotel so we didn’t do the village tour or local dance shows. We met the owner and staff at Look Lanka at the end of the trip and were very keen to ensure we had a wonderful experience and also presented with a small gift. We would highly recommend Look Lanka as a tour company and were very happy with the whole experience. We did mention to the team that the itinerary should be marked with any activity which required us to pay the admission fee or additional payment, just so we could plan the financial aspects of the trip more easily and clearly. Before we arrived, they were communicative, honest and clearly working hard to find us a solution in challenging circumstances. Once we did eventually arrive, it quickly became clear that their hard work had paid off and, even with a background of fuel and power shortages in the country, we had the most incredible time. Our guide, Suranga, was the perfect travel companion. Knowledgeable, informative but also flexible and interested only in ensuring we had the best time possible. The itinerary for our tour was jam-packed, but we were able to pick and choose what we wanted to spend most time on, and even threw in some off-the-books stuff as we went. Look Lanka do an amazing job showing you why Sri Lanka is such a magical place, and are the perfect ambassadors for the country. We can't recommend them enough. If you want a personal, professional service then avoid the bigger tour companies and support this local gem!Verified Awesome experience - get a long lens camera Bring along a camera with a long lens. You are going to see a lot of birds and up really close. From monitor lizard to a Kingfisher, you will see them all on this fantastic river safari that lasts about an hour. We took the boat from a place that's about 20 minutes from the Taj hotel in Bentota. Lovely experience.Verified Leisure in Paradise Tour A wonderful trip around Sri Lanka with the loveliest driver, Tiron. The tour we booked was 'Leisure in Paradise' - a two week 'Tour' of Sri Lanka. Tiron drove my husband and I around and was very friendly, patient, a safe driver, and we are happy to now call him our friend at the end of the trip. He learned what it was we enjoyed and wanted to do, and helped us make changes to the itinerary along the way so that we got the most enjoyment from our trip. The tour company themselves, were very good at communicating with us both before and during the trip and were helpful in resolving any issues that we had. Something to note when booking this particular trip - it does not include entry fees to ANY of the activities, and tour guides are also not provided unless previously arranged with the company.Verified Excellent Service This company was the backbone behind our tour of Sri Lanka and I must say that we could not fault their service and attention to detail. Many thanks from the Specialty Travel group.Verified Worth for the Price but... The price is really worth it. Almost 2 hours but not much of a mangrove. They will stop at two locations to see how cinamon is made and fish spa. Overall is ok as it was very affordable.The best part is they allow 2 persons for one boat.
